Which social media platforms are supported?
We currently support managing Instagram, Facebook and YouTube comments from a single dashboard. We announce new platform support through our website and newsletter.
Is it safe to connect my account?
Yes. Authorization is done through the platforms' official OAuth flows. Commento only requests the permissions necessary for reading comments, moderation and replying. We do not store your password, and you can revoke access at any time.
Will my existing comments also be analyzed?
After the connection is established, both historical and new comments flow into your dashboard to the extent allowed by the platform. AI sentiment analysis, sentiment heatmap and reporting tools work on this data.
How does comment deletion or hiding work?
You apply actions that match your moderation rules from the Commento dashboard. Comment hiding, deletion or replying is done through the relevant platform's API. All action history is logged.
Can I connect multiple accounts?
Yes. You can connect 1 social media account on the Starter plan, 5 on the Professional plan. On the Enterprise plan, you can add unlimited accounts based on your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time so it won't renew at the end of the billing period. We offer a full refund guarantee within the first 14 days.
